  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item, defective product).

4. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or shipped in error. If you need an exchange, please contact our support team before sending the item back.
