You may return items within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be:
Unused, unworn, and in original condition
In the original packaging (with tags, labels, and accessories)
Certain products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons, including:
Undergarments, swimwear, cosmetics, and personal care items
Clearance or final sale items

Please provide your order number and the reason for your return.
Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions.
Ship the item back using the provided instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is damaged, defective, or we sent the wrong item.
If the return is due to our error, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or product, please return the original item and place a new order.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please provide photos of the damaged item, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund.
